Wonderful Accommodation Experience

I appreciated the excellent location and ample space in the suite. It was very convenient for three adults. The comfortable amenities enhanced our stay. The hotel location also offered quick access to various areas. I enjoyed the pretty look and the complete contrast to the main streets.
The room seemed tired. I think it requires some improvement. The service and food were decent though.

The staff were very nice and friendly. I loved that! the room was so much comfy. I was like i was at home. definitely i'm going to book this place if you are planning to come to bali.
The lobby, wellness, and pool area were very neat and fine. however, i was in the old building on the right. the room was very unkempt and outdated. I didn't like this. there were spots everywhere, even on the sheet. It was not pleasant.

the staff were friendly at the hotel..
The room was disappointing. The air conditioning unit smelled musty and felt moldy. some towels had tears, the sink was blocked, and the shower was rusty. a dead bug was on the floor and remained there for the three housekeeping visits.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast included was good and offered variety.
i found the room quality lacking, it had a musty smell and generally felt very worn. the interconnecting door's handle was broken, hindering closure. housekeeping even left rags in our room one day.

I found staffs always ready to help. Room service checked in regularly. The hotel exists amidst a busy crossroad, but the inside offers a mystic tropical forest. I consumed welcome coupons the first day and thought they were very useful.
The pool was dirty. I saw some leaves and debris. Water quality from dispenser feels questionable
