I had an amazing stay at Ramayana Resort & Spa in Kuta. The hotel is beautifully renovated and situated right in the middle of Kuta with lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay special, including a surprise cake for our anniversary. The only minor downside was that the noise from outdoor dining could be a bit disruptive at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great facilities and service.
